1. Always discuss the project deeply before start so that the development would be fast.
2. Timing: I am online 8-10 hours daily from 9:30 AM to 8.00 PM (indian time).
3. Prompt reply through Email or Messanger.
4. Having a staging server to show the development/updates to client.
5. Development option : per hour, per week, per month, per project.
